MIRI: Be enthralled with joyous carols and activities being lined-up for an unforgettable Christmas at Meritz Hotel here this year.
The Christmas festive spirit has been set with carolling conducted by choir group from Miri Gospel Chapel (MGC) on Friday, from the hotel’s lobby to its F&B outlets.
Clients too have the opportunity to catch Santa and Santarina doing a walkabout sharing joy by giving away free candies on Dec 20, 21 and 24, leading to Christmas Day. They will be moving around from its lobby to outlets from 7 pm, and 12 pm on Christmas Day.
“Meanwhile a carolling team made up of Meritz staff will be staged to bring specially arranged carols on Christmas Eve.
“It is our way of conveying our most genuine wishes to all our patrons in this festive season,” said the hotel’s public relations Joanne Law.
Patrons are encouraged to go for ‘Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner’ at Grand Old Lady All Day Dining Restaurant with family and friends for a heartwarming classic Christmas dinner.
“As you and your family savour the glorious food, there will be exciting lucky draws with various prizes to be won,” she said adding that among the prizes are Superior Room voucher, Buffet Dinner vouchers, premier gifts and more. Kids will be receiving balloon giveaway at the buffet too.
