SIBU: The residents and kids of Kampung Judan in Mukah are proud of their kindergarten after it was given a new coat of paint.
According to Assistant Unity Officer of the National Unity and National Integration Department of Mukah Division, Daniel Yap, the collaborative effort of local volunteers transformed the Unity Kindergarten of Kampung Judan.
The kindergarten looks more cheery and is a morale booster for children attending classes there, he added.
It was a joint effort led by kindergarten supervisor Mazura Mohd Aup, two teachers Siti Norcahaya and Dayang Azzarek along with the committee of Unity Kindergarten of Judan.
The project was also to enhance the spirit of unity and cooperation among kindergarten supervisors, teachers, assistant teachers, parents and pupils.
