Chief Minister Pehin Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud (front seventh left) and Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Alfred Jabu (front fifth left) join the cake cutting ceremony with other dignitaries to mark the 35th anniversary of the Bintulu Development Authority (BDA) as well as Sarawak’s 50th anniversary of independence within Malaysia at the Bintulu Civic Centre on Tuesday. Hundreds of guests from various government agencies, the private sector and organisations attended the event. BDA deputy chairman Tan Sri Celestine Ujang Jilan is at front third right while BDA general manager Datu Mohidin Ishak is at front sixth left.
